岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）:
1、根据公司的发展战略，制订西货产品的产品操作策略及实施路径；
2、根据年度经营计划与预算、实际市场行情，制定采购预算，制定年度、月度、周度及临时性采购计划，并组织实施，以确保年度采购目标的达成；
3、带领团队在产地源头控制产品质量和风险，确保到货质量与及时性；
4、负责指导、考核下属员工的工作，加强下属员工培训和团队建设，提升下属员工的专业度和敬业度。
1. According to the company's development strategy, formulate product operation strategies and implementation approaches for imported products;
2. According to the annual business plan and budget and actual market conditions, formulate a procurement budget as well as annual, monthly, weekly and temporary procurement plans, and organize implementation to ensure that the annual procurement goals are achieved;
3. Lead the team to control product quality and risks at the source of production to ensure the quality and timeliness of arrival;
4. Responsible for guiding and evaluating the work of subordinate employees, strengthening the training of subordinate employees and team building and improving the professionalism and resposibility of subordinate employees.

任职要求（Requirements）:
1、本科及以上学历，具有3年以上水果行业采购经验，2年以上管理岗位工作经验；
2、具有较好的英语/西班牙语的沟通能力，能适应长期国外派驻和出差；
3、精通西货产品知识，掌握全球各产地的核心资源和发展趋势，熟悉零售和了解消费趋势。
1. College degree or above, with more than 3 years of soursing experience in the fruit industry and more than 2 years of work experience in management positions;
2. Have good English / Spanish communication skills and can adapt to long-term overseas assignments and business trips;
3. Be proficient in the knowledge of imported products and master the core resources and development trends of global production areas; be familiar with retail and understand consumption trends.

薪酬：30w左右
