职责描述：
Organize and lead company’s various finance tasks which including finance management, cost control, budget management, financial accounting, risk prevention and management, etc. Organize and inspect the implementation after get approval.
组织领导公司的财务管理、成本管理、预算管理、会计核算、会计监督、风险预防管控等方面的工作,经批准后组织实施并监督检查落实情况；

Provide GM with management report, analysis and forecasting in financial report; Involve in the annual budgeting and quarterly budget adjustment. Monitor monthly financial performance for the company and projects to report to management team.
向管理层汇报财务报告，包括分析和预测，参与制订年度总预算和季度预算调整，汇总分析月度经营业绩并与预算进行对比,监督业绩供管理决策参考；

Manage company’s clean financial status, optimize cash flow and working capital. Be responsible for monitoring profit and business results.
掌握公司财务状况、经营成果和资金变动状况，优化现金流和资产，及时向管理层汇报工作情况;对利润和经营结果的监督管理负责；

Involve in the decision of important investment project，business activities, financing projects. Review and check the contracts submitted by operation department according to company budget and policies.
参与公司投资行为、重要经营活动、融资项目的决策和方案制定工作，参与重大经济合同或协议的研究、审查，参与重要经济问题的分析和决策

Cooperate with Finance Manager and oversee several people of finance department, recognize and develop individual team members skills;
协同财务经理，监管财务部门，开发团队人员的技巧和能力；

Provide management team with relevant insight in projects, people management, marketing and promotion etc;
在相关项目洞察、人员管理及市场营销等方面向公司管理团队提供专业建议；

Develop new or amend reporting as required based on management team’s need;
基于高管团队需求，开发和修改相关报表报告；

Evaluate and analyze financial and business performance at company and project level;
从公司和项目层面评估和分析财务和业务绩效；

Support GM with financial insight for strategy and new projects;
给管理层提供新项目的财务分析方案和战略分析建议；

Manage payment process and optimize cash flow management;
管理付款流程、优化现金和奖金管理；

Take initiatives on digitization and automation to further increase data transparency, improve data analytics and support business decisions. Manage finance IT system with support of IT department.
采取数字化和自动化举措，进一步提高数据透明度，改进数据分析，支持业务决策。管理财务IT系统。

Coordinate with internal/external auditors and related government authorities.
与内部/外部审计师和相关政府机构协调。

Related finance work experience in Singapore, Germany, India and USA
需要具有新加坡，德国，印度，美国财务工作经历
任职要求：
Minimum university bachelor;
大学本科及以上学历；
Complete understanding of financial statements and financial process
完全理解财务报表和财务流程
Outstanding analytical capabilities and business understanding
出色的分析能力和业务理解能力
Excellent communication and presentation skill
优秀的沟通和表达能力
Highly motivated with a strong sense and ability to proactively engage internal and external stakeholders to develop value-added solution
