展会设计师 - Exhibition Designer

工作地点：迪拜

岗位职责：
1、展馆创意策划、统筹主题、方案提案等设计及实施工作；
2、准确理解客户的设计需求，能够独立完成设计任务，提供合理及富有竞争力的设计方案；
3、把握设计策略方向和美术指导，携领创意工作的思考并提出合理性的方案；
4、视觉设计具有创新精神，能够准确把握项目形象并稳定执行；
5、具备强烈的责任感，能够承受一定工作压力及较强的团队合作精神；
岗位要求：
1、展览、环艺、室内设计、美术设计等相关专业专科以上学历；
2、具备独立完成创意、设计的能力；能快速准确领会方案的设计主题；
3、两年以上展览展示行业工作经验，有展览馆、博物馆、企业展厅、主题场馆等相关设计经验者优先；
4、有一定的理论知识及设计实践经验；主持或参与过类似项目的设计施工工作；
5、具有一定手绘基础，熟练掌握3Dmax三维设计软件和Photoshop, AutoCAD等设计软件之间的

Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and implementation of creative planning, coordinating themes, and proposals for the exhibition hall;
2. Accurately understand the design needs of customers, be able to independently complete design tasks, and provide reasonable and competitive design solutions;
3. Grasp the design strategy direction and art direction, lead the thinking of creative work and propose reasonable plans;
4. The visual design has an innovative spirit, and can accurately grasp the project image and execute it stably;
5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to withstand certain work pressure and have a strong team spirit;
job requirements:
1. College degree or above in exhibition, environmental art, interior design, art design and other related majors;
2. Have the ability to independently complete creativity and design; be able to quickly and accurately understand the design theme of the scheme;
3. More than two years of work experience in the exhibition industry, and those with relevant design experience in exhibition halls, museums, corporate exhibition halls, theme venues, etc. are preferred;
4. Have certain theoretical knowledge and practical experience in design; presided over or participated in the design and construction of similar projects;
5. Have a certain hand-painting foundation, and be proficient in the relationship between 3Dmax three-dimensional design software and Photoshop, AutoCAD and other design software
