JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Receiving the staff requisition from Departments and preparing the recruitment plan.
-Coordinating with headhunters to look for the best-fit employee
-Scan candidates’ resumes, arrange and conduct interview
-In charge of preparing offer letter, contracts, termination letter, decision on salary increment and any other letter required
-Handling the application to request for expatriate’s work permit, resident card and follow up to renew or return.
-Building and managing employees’ master profile
-Managing employee attendance record
-Calculating monthly payroll for both local and foreigner employees
-In charge of quarterly PIT calculation and declaration for local employees and foreign employees and for other incomes. Fluently using HTKK software for the declaration and submitting online to General Directorate of Taxation
-Making the PIT finalization for local employees and foreigners.
-Registering for employees’ tax code, family deduction
-Handling all the works relating to Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Unemployment insurance, including but not limited to reports on increment and decrement, claim on sick leave allowance, maternity leave, etc.
-Handling Visa/Work permit for foreign employees
-Organize annual health checking for all employees
-Working directly with the person in charge at the Social Insurance Dept and Tax Bureau to ensure that Company follows all regulation strictly.
-Preparation the HR budget quarterly and yearly.
-Managing and controlling the annual performance appraisal for all employees.
-Preparation the required Report by Vietnam Authorities regarding HR issues.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
-Formal university degree
-At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management including Hiring, Training & Development and C&B.
-Have intensive and updated knowledge in Vietnamese Labor Laws and Social-Health-Unemployment insurance law.
-Proficient in English and Microsoft Office Application skills.
-Knowledge of Chinese will be an added advantage.
-Active, hard-working, responsible.
