Core Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for internal community activities operations and responsible for players retention and activity;
2. Responsible for external players' community growth on social media, video platforms, and other channels, and responsible for the acquisition, retention, and activity of consumers;
3. Carry out research on overseas markets, users, and competing products, and assist in developing user operation strategies.

Job description:
1. Build an external overseas game community, be responsible for the daily management of creators and players' community, create a good community atmosphere, and be responsible for the community and content growth;
2. Support UGC content system creation, improve content productivity and quality through activities, content, research, social media promotion, and other forms, and enhance creators' and players' experience;
3. Support the establishment of a content and creators evaluation system, and establish an effective data monitoring and mining system for users in different cycles and layers; starting from data and user experience, discover new product growth points.
4. Connect products, creators, and players, organize and timely reply to user feedback, perform regional market research, and assist in formulating product operation optimization plans.

Job Requirements:
1. Over 3 years of overseas game/community/content platform operation experience, familiar with the European and American game industry and various mainstream content communities and content creation and distribution connections.
2. Content understanding loves gaming, UGC creator platform experience is preferred.
3. Meticulous logical thinking, keen user insight, user assistance understanding, and data analysis abilities
4. Have insight into user needs of social circles, have innovative attention and curiosity;
5. Possess good communication skills in Chinese and English, strong execution, and learning ability.
