[Job responsibilities]:
1. Responsible for the overseas commercial exploitation of the company's music licensing catalog signed by, driving the licensing cooperation of domestic CP overseas and the generation of overseas CP revenue, including business negotiation, contract formulation, cooperation access, docking and follow-up, later maintenance, etc.;
2. Independently develop and complete quarterly / annual sales goals and plans, be familiar with and understand the management and business process of music licensing, achieve cooperation through various cooperation modes, and be able to complete licensing transactions independently or cooperate with leaders;
3. Responsible for the company's music copyright licensing work, be familiar with the copyright licensing business operation mode and operation mechanism of various major music and related platforms, and develop reasonable licensing plans;
4. Responsible for maintaining the relationship with existing partners and customers, establishing customer files, getting familiar with customer needs, maintaining daily relationship,

[Job requirements]:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in business, music, marketing and other related majors, at least 3 years of overseas content business work experience,

3. Strong verbal and writing command of English, can be used for business communication;
