Job Descriptions:
1. Handle and liaise with tax bureau, tax consultant, bank officer and relevant regulatory bodies for the company related matter.
2. Ensure the accounting records are complete and accurate and delivery
3. Design, adapt, evolve, document processes and internal controls to ensure that all accounting and finance department requirements are met
4. Choose, design, and implement various systems, processes and internal controls, necessary for a growing company.
5. Review supporting accounting reconciliations to the GL;
6. Close the transactional month-end on the company’s schedule;
7. Responsible for the company's all respects of financial management, including issuing and collecting invoices, preparing financial statements, following up the tax matters, overseeing all accounting operations and performing financial analysis, and preparing budget and Forecast, etc.
8. Prepare and review agreements with vendors and customers
9. File taxes and make the tax plan for the company

Qualifications:
1. 5 year or above working experience in finance or accounting and auditing, with at least 2 years in manager position.
2. Familiar with national and local accounting and taxation policies, proficient in Microsoft office software, QB , ERP and tax filing system;
3. Proficiency in the accounting, sales tax, WHT, and annual tax filing of SOFOM companies or related companies
4. Strong communication and supervisory skills preferred with proficiency in oral and written English
5. Team leader, detail-oriented and goal-oriented with sense of responsibility.
6. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Accounting or Finance and CA designation.
