Operations Activities
-Lead a team of line leaders for daily production output & yield targets to meet the department goals/targets
-Monitor & track WIP, cycle time & constantly maintain production up-time.
-Plan and execute Productivity Improvement Projects: in continuous improvement program by working closely among inter-department to prepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer’s surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering and to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effective manner.
-Assist QA to perform related research, statistics, investigation and analysis. -To implement corrective and preventive action programs resulted from customer complaints.
-To conduct regular line audit and drive for manufacturing improvement
-Yearly audit preparation

Operation Meetings
-Provide & present production performance daily report.
-Analyze and present daily production indices and machinery utilization
-Assist HOD on highlighting key priorities and wafer quality issues to Engineering and Quality teams

Manpower Management
-Ensure effective manpower allocation, deployment and insufficiency resolution for optimal productivity
-Ensure timely and efficient training, re-training and certification of all supervisors, line leaders and operators
-Work with HR Department on manpower shortage issues, interview and shortlist candidates
-To conduct regular line audit and drive for manufacturing improvement

Job Specification
-Minimum Degree in Industrial Engineering or Industrial Systems Engineering and Management
-It will be an added advantage if you have knowledge in the following: - Wafer sort test -Prober operations (TSK or OPUS) -Tester platforms (U-FLEX, J750, Verigy 93K, Magnum or Advantest Tester)
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Effective communication skills and able to communicate with different people from diverse background.
-Effective organizational skills and able to take initiative, a ‘self-starters’ who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems.
-Applicants must be able to converse in Mandarin to participate in continuous improvement program by working closely among Chinese speaking inter-department to prepare, review and implement operational procedures in accordance to the technical specifications, customer’s surveillance requirements, and good manufacturing / engineering and to ensure committed schedules are met in a timely and effective manner.
