1、Lead communication with all customers assigned.
2、Develop time and action calendars for all programs managed.
3、Manage Merchandising team to ensure bulk T&A is followed and maintained.
4、Work closely with our production floor to ensure that monthly production capacity is utilized and recommend appropriate actions when issues arise.
5、Monitor production status of all programs by season.
6、Support costing process by creating and distributing packages, issuing spreadsheets for tracking and conducting initial negotiation.
7、Analyze test, quality, delivery and cost reports and communicate exceptions to management.
8、Assist Merchandising Manager in any required fabric reservation. Confirm fabric and trim factories in conjunction with the Fabric Dept.
9、Manage and lead weekly production meetings with Merchandizing staff.
10、Assist manager in developing bench strength and serve as mentor to assistants.
11、Responsible for Order reconciliation and margins.
Skills:
7-8 years’ experience in apparel management.
2. Technical knowledge of garment construction.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Detail oriented with strong follow through - able to organize and prioritize multiple projects
5. Has a sense of urgency in managing time and while accomplishing taskes
6. Demonstrates proactive problem solving skills
7. Use basic retail math needed to determine costs and margins.
8. Create and maintain a cooperative team environment that promotes high performance standards and customer service
9. Ability to react to change.
10. Ability to solicit feedback for self-development
11. Reasonable knowledge of fabric construction.
12. Reasonable knowledge of costings and negotiation skills
13. Strong team orientation
