客服（墨西哥）

1. 负责答复、跟进及反馈网络客户咨询、并能解决一般投诉；
2. 负责客户在墨西哥的用车安排，餐馆预订，对接住宿等相关事宜等；
3. 负责沟通协调客户与诊所之间事务，普通话、西语、英语流利，反应快速，及时解决问题；
4. 维护好老客户。懂得客户关系的维护与管理，拥有较强客户意识。并后期对接相关渠道；
5. 负责客户就医咨询服务，对客户在不孕不育辅导生殖领域的问题解答和指导，指导客户进行生育力评估；

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上，临床医学，护理专业专业优先；生殖中心相关工作经验优先
2. 会中文，英文，西语优先考虑，对客户服务有一定意识；
3. 敬业,守时,上进心强,敢于挑战自我,能够承受一定的工作压力；
4. 有良好的服务意识、沟通技巧和带团队经验，对工作耐心细致；
5. 执行力强，有团队意识，听从上级安排；
6. 有驾驶证，熟练开车；

Customer service specialist (Mexico)

1. Be responsible for answering, following up and feedback online customer inquiries, and be able to solve general complaints;
2. Responsible for the customer's car arrangement in Mexico, restaurant reservation, docking accommodation and other related matters;
3. Be responsible for communication and coordination between the clients and the clinic, fluent in Mandarin, Spanish and English, quick response, and timely problem solving;
4. Maintain old customers. Know how to maintain and manage customer relationship and have strong customer awareness. And connect relevant channels later;
5. Be responsible for the customer's medical consultation, answer customer's questions regarding infertility and reproduction, and guide the customer to conduct fertility evaluation;

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in clinical medicine and nursing is preferred; have work experience in reproductive center related institutions is preferred;
2. Chinese, English and Spanish are preferred, and have a certain awareness of customer service;
3. Be professional, punctual, self-motivated, self-challenge spirit, and can withstand certain work pressure;
4. Have good service awareness, communication skills and team experience, and be patient and cautious in work;
5. Strong execution ability, team awareness, and obedience to superior arrangements;
6. Have a driver's license and drive skillfully.
