工作职责:
1收集市场业务和客户信息，为散杂货和其他专业货运船队航行和/或西亚和红海地区的T/C基础，识别客户及其需求；了解客户需求，为西亚、红海地区客户提供最优质的服务。
2根据航运管理指导和目标，引导和执行最佳业务，制定西亚、红海地区客户开发计划并推进；
3根据航运运营部门和公司领导的指示，制作每周和每月的管理报告；
4通过展示安全领导力，对自己和周围人的安全负责。制止不安全的行为或不安全的条件，遵守全球安全标准、政策和操作程序；
5文凭/学士学位或同等经验者优先，3年以上B2B解决方案销售经验，专注于开发新客户和发展现有业务关系;熟悉散杂货和散杂货市场者优先；
6具备较强的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力，通过MSOffice技能展示商业数学和中级计算机技能，与散货及其他专业船务船东有良好关系者优先；与专业货物的主要客户保持良好的关系；
7有三级驾驶证及白有车辆者优先，流利的英语听说读写能力，非中国护照居留许可。
（3年或以上工作经验，全职，在迪拜工作，在阿拉伯联合酋长国和附近国家出差）
Responsibilities:

Collect the market business and client information for the break bulk& Bulk and other
Specialized cargo fleet voyage and/or T/C basis in WESTASIA&RED SEAIdentify the
customers and their needs.
·Understand customer needs,and provide the best service to the clients ofWESTASIA&RED
SEA area
Condude and execute best business in line with shipping management guidance and targets
Make the client development plan ofWESTASIA&RED SEA area and procee ding
Make the weekly and monthly management reporting and follow the instruction of shipping &
operations division and compary leaders.

Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
3+years ofbusiness-to-business solutions selling experience required with a focus onprospecting
new customers and developing existing business relationships,Familiar with the market of Break
Bulk cargo &Bulkcargois preferred
·To possess strong communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills
·Demonstrated business math and interme diate computer skills with Ms Office skillsets
·Goodrelation with the ship-owner ofBreak bulk& Bulk cago and other Specialized caniers is
pre ferred.
.Goodrelation with the main client of Specializedcargo or ENRtop 250 is preferred
To have Class 3 driving license and ownvehicle is preferred
Fluent English in writing and speaking
Pemmitresidence with non-Chinese passport
