1) Liaise with clients, end-users, and senior staff to clarify, and resolve IT requirements and development needs and excellent problem-solving skills;
2) Control and take responsibility for managing, designing, and delivering the development of a specialist aspect of IT provision;
3) Oversee and work closely with the technical team, conduct training for a
new members, and create plans for future infrastructure projects;
4) Evaluate and optimize the performance of the network operator infrastructure and systems;
5) Lead in pro-active identification, mitigation, and removal of operational risks, plan and control maintenance to ensure SLA and efficiency;
6) Test network, operation, and maintenance;
7) Office network construction, LAN & WAN and operation, and maintenance;
8) Overseas branch network construction, operation, and maintenance;
9) Responsible for the development and testing of SDN network construction, operation, and maintenance;
10) Participate in the network construction management of the cloud management platform.

This position allows the employee to travel around most of the countries in Africa after the employee and entity have a mutual agreement.
