I. Job duties:

1、Conscientiously implement the relevant
policies, rules and regulations of the company; Fully responsible for the
project production, operation, cost, safety, quality, civilized construction
and a series of management, is the first responsible person and manager of the
project.

2、Responsible for the establishment of the
project manager department, according to the company's job responsibilities
combined with the project personnel to divide the work, and do a good job of
team building and talent training.

3、Organize project management personnel to be
familiar with project-related documents, investigate the site, carry out
project planning and analysis, develop project planning books, and real project
management indicators.

4、Organize the development of the
construction organization design of the project, special construction plans,
progress, safety, quality, civilized construction and other assurance measures,
and handle all kinds of procedures for the start of the project.

5、Participate in the negotiation and signing
of contracts, organize contract delivery; Do a good job of internal contract decomposition
and tax planning, supplier ion, contract signing and delivery, contract
implementation and other economic management work.

6、According to the project department
management target responsibility book for dynamic control, supervision of the
operation of the project, identify problems and propose solutions, organization
implementation and rectification.

7、Responsible for project completion and
acceptance, data filing, settlement audit and project management work.

8、Properly handle the work contact of each
participating unit to maintain the interests and image of the enterprise.

9、Understand engineering cost, have cost
control consciousness, have certain personnel management ability.

10、Complete other work assigned by the company
and leaders.

Ⅱ、 the job requirements:

1、Aged 32-45, with bachelor degree or above;

2、More than 10 years of work experience, more than 3
years of project, department or branch management experience;

3、Have strong organizational management, coordination,
communication and negotiation skills;

4、With a sense of teamwork, a high degree of
responsibility, and the ability to withstand certain work pressure;

5、Positive and aggressive, in line with the requirements
of the company's corporate culture, good character and good interpersonal
skills;

6、Possess excellent oral English communication skills.

Ⅲ、the following experience is
preferred:

1、Degree in civil engineering and working experience in
medium and large construction engineering companies2、Persons who have served as project managers;

3、Knowledge of British Standard, American Standard and
other overseas specifications, with overseas project management experience,
especially in Africa;
