工作职责:
1、负责所在区域渠道开发、推广、老客户维护及新客户开发，达成销售目标（总代理商、经销商，超市，餐饮连锁，特通渠道等）；
2、 规划、建立、监督、管理经销商、批发商、零售客户等网络体系；推动销售渠道变革和渠道深耕；
3、 平衡长、短期业务，建立和强化当地消费者对公司的品牌认知；
4、负责区域市场业务的整体运作，合理分配人、财、物等资源，完成销售和利润目标；
5、指导经销商团队实施铺市铺货、标准陈列打造计划及促销计划；
6、负责竞品的调查和销售数据的统计分析等
7、负责提升产品品牌和知名度。
任职资格:
1、5年以上销售管理工作经验，熟悉当地市场，具有农产品、生鲜、快消品、食品、调料类等营销经验者优先；
2、熟悉销售渠道管理、经销商管理相关经验及渠道变革者优先，具有敏感的商业和市场意识、和分析问题、解决问题的能力；
3、有团队管理经验优秀考虑，有抗压能力，善于市场开发、维护；
4、具有较强的沟通能力、谈判能力、学习能力，吃苦耐劳，踏实敬业，有较好的合作精神；

operating duty:
1. Responsible for channel development, promotion, maintenance of old customers and development of new customers in the region to achieve sales objectives (general agents, dealers, supermarkets, catering chains, special channels, etc.);
2. Plan, establish, supervise and manage the network system of dealers, wholesalers and retail customers; Promote sales channel reform and channel deepening;
3. Balance long-term and short-term business, establish and strengthen local consumers' brand awareness of the company;
4. Responsible for the overall operation of regional market business, reasonably allocate human, financial, material and other resources, and achieve sales and profit objectives;
5. Guide the dealer team to implement the marketing, standard display and promotion plans;
6. Responsible for the investigation of competitive products and statistical analysis of sales data
7. Responsible for improving product brand and popularity.
Qualifications:
1. More than 5 years of sales management experience, familiar with local market, and marketing experience in fresh food, FMCG, food, condiments, etc. is preferred;
2. Familiar with relevant experience in sales channel management, dealer management and channel reform is preferred, with sensitive business and market awareness, and the ability to analyze and solve problems;
3. Excellent consideration with team management experience, able to work under pressure, good at market development and maintenance;
4. Have strong communication ability, negotiation ability, learning ability, hard-working, down-to-earth dedication, and good cooperation spirit;
