• Operating the gold and silver anode casting processes in accordance with SOPs and WIs
• Operating the gold and silver ingot casting machine and granulation machine
• Operating gold minted bar line from casting to final product production
• Achieving quality (purity, surface finishing) of finished good (gold bar, silver bar & minted bar)
• Maintaining optimum process parameters
• Achieving budgeted volumes of output and quality specifications
• Implementing safety norms including PPE usage
• Achieving budgeted norms of energy and water conservation during activities under jurisdiction
• Complying with statutory stipulations and environmental guidelines with respect to equipment under jurisdiction and emissions
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives
