Job responsibilities:
1.Responsible for channel development and management, promoting effective order and KPI;
2.Responsible for managing the entire process of using channel systems and marketing scripts, including early market planning and feasibility studies, business negotiations, etc;
3. Maintain and explore new channels and new customers, independently develop and expand downstream users, and achieve the company's goals;
4. Based on the market situation, develop marketing activities in the country to ensure the achievement of sales goals;
5. Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competency on relevant products, techniques and applications;
6. Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure this information is collected and made available to leadership.

Job requirements:.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Marketing, etc;
2. At least 3 years of sales experience in related industries, such as new energy, air energy, and solar energy;
3. Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, team player;
4. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and perform well under high pressure;
5. Comfortable for frequent business trips, with a positive and enthusiastic work attitude.
6.Working proficient English skill required.
