III. Job responsibilities:
三、岗位职责：
1.Assisting the GM in daily affairs management, responsible for the preparation and coordination of all daily work of the GM;
协助总经理进行日常事务管理，负责总经理各项日常工作的准备和协调；
2.Drafting reports, summaries, plans, resolutions, etc. according to the requirements of the GM;
根据总经理要求，起草各项报告、总结、计划、决议等；
3.Assisting the GM in daily work tracking and reporting and communication and coordination between departments;
协助总经理进行日常工作的跟踪汇报及各部门之间的沟通协调；
4.Assisting the GM in tracking the work progress of each project team and compiling information. responsible for the distribution of internal and external documents;
协助总经理进行各部门工作的汇总整理；负责内部及外部文件的分发；
5.Responsible for the company's internal and external document issuance, registration, reminder, filing and other work;
负责公司内外文件的发放、登记、催办、归档等工作；
6.Assisting the GM to complete the meeting and external reception and other matters;
协助总经理完成会议及对外接待等事宜；
7.Support to complete the company's daily HRM and administration affairs processing;
支持完成公司日常的人事行政事务处理；
8.Support to complete the company's daily procurement, logistics and other affairs processing.
支持完成公司日常的采购物流等事务处理。
IV. Posting requirements:
四、任职要求：*在美国有合法身份的华人*

1.Bachelor degree or above, strong pressure resistance, insight, communication ability and learning ability;
本科及以上学历，有较强抗压能力、洞察力、沟通能力与学习能力；
2.Positive and frank character, practical and pragmatic, meticulous and conscientious, self-driven;
性格积极坦诚，做事踏实务实，细致认真，有自驱力；
3.Fluent in English, as a working language.
英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言；
4.Have a driving license to drive.
有驾驶证能开车。
4.有物流采购经验优先
supply chain experience prefered
