Headquartered in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of West International Holdings Limited, a foreign-invested enterprise established in mainland China. Founded in April 2020, the company has a young business team with nearly 100 employees at home and abroad. Its main business covers more than 20 countries in Africa and Central Asia. The company has successively participated in the materials procurement and transportation of several projects, including the 5000 t/d new dry process cement clinker production line in Mozambique, the 140 t/d flat special glass production line in Congo (Brazzaville), the 0.4 million t/a construction gypsum and 2 * 30 million m2/a gypsum board production lines in Angola, the 10000 t/d cement production line in Ethiopia, as well as some other gypsum board and building materials projects in Africa and Central Asia, like Congo (Kinshasa), Botswana, Rwanda and Uzbekistan;

At present, the company's oil well cement, glass and gypsum board sales has covered Central Africa, Southern Africa, West Africa, Europe, South America and other regions.
