Cambodia Airways Co., Ltd (IATA code KR, ICAO code KME) was registered in Phnom Penh, Cambodia with the registered capital of 200 million US dollars.

Cambodia Airways Co., Ltd. completed the business registration in September 2017 and officially obtained the AOC certificate on July 6th, 2018. The first commercial flight route between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap was commenced on July 10th, 2018.
