Bon Agro Company Limited is an agrochemical company located in the Ashanti Region of Ghana with its main office location at Asokore Mampong. The company’s history can be traced to 2013 when the current Managing Director after substantial years of working in the agricultural industry, realized a gap in the agricultural market for quality service in the distribution of agrochemicals and machinery. As a step to bridging this gap, the Bon Agro vision was conceived which later led to the company’s incorporation in July, 2013 with the mandate to commence business in same month and year by the then Registrar General’s Department.
The company began its scope of operation with the importation and distribution of five (5) registered agrochemical products within the Ghana market while having its office location at Tema Community 25, in the Greater Accra Region. However, in order to maximize sales, the company relocated in December, 2014 to Kumasi (the Regional Capital of Ashanti Region) which is recognized greatly as the hub of agrochemical business in Ghana.
The company now has over thirty (30) registered agrochemical products with business operations in the servicing of agricultural machinery as well. Our business coverage has grown beyond the borders of Ghana to neighbouring Francophone countries including Togo, I’vory Coast and Burkina Faso sales volumes have increased significantly over the years. In recent times, Bon Agro Ltd has been registered in Ivory Coast and Singapore namely; Bon Agro Sarlu and Bon Agro (Singapore) PTE Ltd respectively with future plans of having the Bon Agro (Singapore) PTE Ltd become the Parent Company.
Looking into the future, we seek to maintain the quality of our products while increasing the number of our popular brands and working assiduously to increasing our market coverage and sales volumes across the depth and breadth of West Africa to becoming the company of choice for agro and agricultural machinery users.
