You will be responsible for heading the vendor developing and vendor management team in Inteluck. You will be in charge of formulating procurement strategies, negotiating with vendors, ensuring efficient execution of the procurement process, and maintaining the reliability and efficiency of the supply chain to meet the company's procurement needs and achieve cost-effectiveness.

主要工作职责：
1、供应商战略和规划：根据公司战略目标和采购需求，制定供应商发展战略和计划。 确定适当的供应商类型和范围以满足公司的采购要求。
2.采购流程管理：管理整个采购流程，包括需求确认、采购订单生成、供应商选择、报价与谈判、合同签订、交货跟踪、采购记录管理等。 确保高效、合规且透明的采购流程。
3.供应商识别和筛选：研究市场，识别和评估潜在供应商，进行沟通和谈判，评估其是否适合公司要求，并与合适的供应商建立合作关系。
4. 绩效评估和报告：评估供应商绩效并向管理层提供定期报告和分析。 监控供应商交付及时性、质量绩效和协作，并提供改进建议。
5.供应链优化：与供应商合作，不断改进和优化供应链。 与供应商合作解决问题，提高交货及时性，降低成本，提高质量，为供应链优化提供建议，并加强采购流程和供应商选择。
6、成本控制与效益分析：分析采购数据，为采购决策提供效益分析，进一步降低成本，提高盈利能力。
7. 内部协作：与业务团队、物流团队、报价部门和其他相关部门密切协作，了解业务需求和采购计划，确保供应链内部的协调。
8.团队管理：建立团队和个人关键绩效指标（KPI），为团队成员提供培训、指导、监督和绩效监控。
1. Vendor Strategy and Planning: Develop vendor development strategies and plans based on the company's strategic goals and procurement needs. Determine appropriate vendor types and scopes to meet the company's procurement requirements.
2. Procurement Process Management: Manage the entire procurement process, including demand confirmation, purchase order generation, vendor selection, quotation and negotiation, contract signing, delivery tracking, and procurement record management. Ensure efficient, compliant, and transparent procurement processes.
3. Vendor Identification and Screening: Research the market to identify and evaluate potential vendors, engage in communication and negotiation, assess their suitability for the company's requirements, and establish collaborative relationships with suitable vendors.
4. Performance Evaluation and Reporting: Evaluate vendor performance and provide regular reports and analyses to management. Monitor vendor delivery timeliness, quality performance, and collaboration, and provide improvement recommendations.
5. Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with vendors to continuously improve and optimize the supply chain. Collaborate with vendors to solve problems, improve delivery timeliness, reduce costs, improve quality, provide suggestions for supply chain optimization, and enhance procurement processes and vendor selection.
6. Cost Control and Benefit Analysis: Analyze procurement data and provide benefit analysis for procurement decisions to further reduce costs and increase profitability.
7. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business teams, logistics teams, quoting departments, and other relevant departments to understand business needs and procurement plans, ensuring coordination within the supply chain.
8.Team Management: Establish team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), provide training, guidance, supervision, and performance monitoring for team members.
