工作主要内容:
1、新业务拓展:
- 在确定的细分市场中识别并瞄准新的商机。
- 制定并实施战略业务发展计划,以实现收入和增长目标。
- 建立强大的销售渠道并持续参与勘探和潜在客户开发活动。
- 准备并向潜在客户提供引人注目的销售演示和建议。
2. 客户关系管理:
- 与现有客户建立并维持牢固的关系,以最大限度地提高客户保留率和收入。
- 作为客户的主要联络点,及时有效地解决他们的需求、疑虑和询问。
- 了解客户的需求和要求,提供解决方案和增值服务。
3.提案及合同谈判:
- 制定并提出量身定制的建议,包括定价和服务解决方案。
- 与客户谈判合同和协议,以确保互惠互利的条款。
- 与内部利益相关者(例如运营和财务团队)合作,确保合同的成功执行。
4. 销售报告和文件:
- 在TMS中维护所有销售活动的准确和最新记录,包括客户互动、销售电话和 CRM 系统中的进度。
- 准备定期销售报告并向管理层提供见解和建议。
1. New Business Development:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the defined market segments.
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and consistently engage in prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize account retention and revenue.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Understand client needs and requirements, providing solutions and value-added services
that align with their objectives.
3. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Develop and present tailored proposals, including pricing and service solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations and finance teams, to ensure successful execution of contracts.
4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in TMS, including client interactions, sales calls, and progress in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide management with insights and recommendations.
任职要求:
1. 商业、销售、市场营销或相关领域学士学位。
2. B端BD经验或销售经验,可以证明的业绩。
3、物流行业经验优先,或不是直接物流行业经验,但间接了解物流行业,拥有至少 5 年业务开发和销售经验。
4、优秀的沟通、表达、谈判能力。 善于内部协调并领导面向客户的项目
5. 有能力带领团队完成并超越销售目标。
6. 自我激励、以结果为导向,高度重视实现目标。
7. 具有团队管理和领导能力,带领销售团队实现目标
8. 中英文流利。 能够在跨文化和国际团队中工作。 愿意派驻到当地长期工作。
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development for B2B slaes.
3. Experience directly in logistics industry is a plus, if there's no direct experience, but has knowledge of this industry is also accpetable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Good at coordinate internally and lead the client-facing project also
4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
5. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
6. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
7. With team management and leadership skills to lead a sales team to achieve the goal
8. Fluent in English and Chinese. Able to work in a cross-cultural and international team. Need to travel to these Southeast Asian countries.
