工作内容：
1.按照规定如实申报出口货物的商品编码、商品名称、规格型号、实际成交价格、原产地及相应优惠贸易协定代码等报关单有关项目，并办理填制报关单、提交报关单证等与申报有关的事宜;
2.翻译报关/清关品名，确认报关/清关HS编码并制作发票、箱单等单据；
3.申请办理缴纳税费和退税、补税事宜;
4.申请办理加工贸易合同备案(变更)、深加工结转、外发加工、内销、放弃核准、余料结转、核销及保税监管等事宜;
5.申请办理进出口货物减税、免税等事宜;
6.协助海关办理进出口货物的查验、结关等事宜;
7.应当由报关员办理的其他报关事宜。

Position 2: Customs Broker
Education background: College degree or above (major in customs clearance, logistics, etc.) is preferred, proficient in Chinese and English
Work experience and requirements:
1. More than 5 years of experience in document review for customs affairs or customs brokerage in freight forwarding companies, with a customs broker certificate preferred;
2. Familiar with the business process of sea export declaration and sea operation process is preferred;
3. Those who have a certain understanding of HS classification and export declaration requirements are preferred;
4. Clear and agile thinking, good communication, organization and coordination skills, and service awareness;
5. Work carefully and conscientiously, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be hardworking.
Job Description:
1. Declare the commodity code, commodity name, specifications and models, actual transaction price, place of origin, and corresponding preferential trade agreement code of the exported goods according to the regulations, and handle the declaration form filling and submission of declaration documents and other matters related to the declaration;
2. Translate the name of the goods for customs declaration/clearance, confirm the HS code for customs declaration/clearance, and prepare invoices, packing lists, and other documents;
3. Apply for tax payment, tax refund and tax payment supplement;
4. Apply for processing trade contract filing (change), deep processing transfer, outward processing, domestic sales, abandonment of approval, surplus material transfer, write-off and bonded supervision;
5. Apply for tax reduction and exemption for import and export goods;
6. Assist the customs in handling matters such as inspection and customs clearance of imported and exported goods;
7. Other customs declaration matters that should be handled by the customs broker.
