Position 3: Quality Engineer
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. Proficiency in Chinese and English is required.
Work Experience and Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years of quality management experience in the mechanical industry, with a solid understanding of quality control processes.
2.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 9001 and TS 16949.
3.Proficient in using inspection tools and quality management software.
4.Skilled in quality management tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Six Sigma.
5.Candidates with certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt are preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
1.Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure products meet standards and customer requirements. Monitor production processes, identify, and resolve quality issues.
2.Quality Inspection: Conduct product inspections using testing tools, record and analyze data. Regularly audit production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards.
3.Problem Solving: Analyze quality issues, write 8D reports, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, and track improvement outcomes.
4.Document Management: Prepare and maintain quality control documents, such as inspection standards and work instructions. Ensure documents comply with industry standards and regulations.
5.Training and Communication: Train production staff to enhance quality awareness. Collaborate with various departments to align quality objectives.
6.Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvement projects and optimize production processes. Apply quality management tools (e.g., Six Sigma, 5S) to enhance quality.
