机电工程师
Ø  需要电气、暖通等专业背景以及大型设施的运行管理经验
Ø  熟悉IDC配电系统、制冷与空调系统、监控系统等系统架构、运行操作与流程
Ø  具有数据中心相关管理经验为优
Ø  具有良好的人员管理以及沟通能力
Ø  5*8全日制办公+应急，办公地点机房、当地语言+中文

•        工程項目管理，包括方案設計及工程随工等
•        負責監督數據中心的機電施工、安裝調測與測試及施工監督
•        协助項目管理及工地安全管理等工作
•        負責动力设施维保服务
•        負責數據中心日常支持及协助設施交付

•        具屋宇裝備工程、電機工程高级证书或同等學歷
•        五年或以上機電维保管理工作經驗, 
 •        具數據中心建設項目、设施管理及驗收測試經驗
•        有學習新技術能力及良好溝通能力
•        願意加班工作
•        流利英文、中文
Facility  Manager機電工程師
 
Specific requirements:
Electrical, hvac and other professional background as well as operation and management experience of large facilities are required.
Familiar with IDC distribution system, refrigeration and air-conditioning system, monitoring system and other system architecture, operation and process;
Experience in data center management is preferred.
Good at management and communication
5*8 full-time office + emergency,work in DC
local language + Chinese.
 

Responsibilties: 
•        Manage engineering project which includes solution design and customer management.
•        Supervise the construction, testing and commissioning of E&M systems on data center construction projects.
•        Manage and ensure timely delivery of all contractor's deliverables.
•        Perform day-to-day operation, repairing and maintenance of the data center.
•        Handle ad hoc duties
Requirements: 
•        A good knowledge of project management and facilities management
•        5 years working experience in M&E industry,
•        Higher Certificate in Building Services and Electrical engineering or equivalent
•        Good written communication and verbal presentation skill in both English and Chinese
          Solid experience in data center construction project, facility management, testing and commissioning 
•        Working experience in Data Center will be an advantage
•        Willing to work over-time
