Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in the operation process and links of import and export shipping business in the freight forwarding industry;

2. Good at coordinating and dealing with contradictions and problems between various operation links.

3. Reasonably optimize and supervise operations, and have the ability to monitor process, handle emergency problems, and prevent risks;

4. Business training, echelon training, and workflow management of the company's operating team;

5. Maintain, manage and evaluate the company's suppliers, develop better resources, meet the company's evolving needs and improve the company's service quality;

6. Upload and release, understand and convey the spirit and requirements of the company, and understand the status of feedback operations;

7. Regularly organize monthly meetings and group meetings of the company, and communicate with departments in a timely manner;

8. Complete the tasks assigned by the superiors on time;

9. Have a keen market insight to sell and maintain customers;

8、按时完成上级领导交办的工作任务;

9、具备敏锐的市场洞察力，销售及维护客户;





Requirements:

1. College degree or above, logistics management, customs declaration and international freight forwarding, transportation and international trade, foreign trade English, business English and other related majors are preferred;

2. More than 5 years of business operation and management experience in international freight forwarding, and skilled overseas business is preferred;

3. Familiar with import and export procedures and operations, familiar with import and export related trade knowledge, and proficient in English email communication with overseas agents;

4. Good communication skills and team management skills;

5. Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit, strong ability to withstand pressure, quick and positive response

1、大学专科及以上学历，物流管理、报关与国际货代、交通运输国际贸易、外贸英语、商务英语等相关专业优先考虑;

2、有5年以上国际货代等相关领域的业务操作及管理经验，熟练海外业务者优先;

3、熟悉进出口流程及操作，熟悉进出口相关的贸易知识，熟练与海外代理英文邮件沟通;

4、良好的沟通能力和团队管理能力;

5、工作细心、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神，抗压能力强，响应快速积极
