职位描述
 将全盘负责欧洲/美洲地区的整体财务工作，以财务BP角色支持当地业务发展，通过内部经营考核，分析、支持销售部门在欧洲业务发展
Will lead overall finance work in Europe local, support local business development as finance BP, analyze and support sales Dep. development business in Europe through internal operation assessment
 深入理解欧洲/美洲会计准则，推动和完成年度外部财务报表审计
Strong understanding of Europe Accounting Standards，drive and finish annual external financial statement audit.
 对欧洲税收有深刻理解
Strong understanding of Europe taxation.
 开展各项税务工作，按季、每年完成各项税务申报，保障所管辖子公司合规遵从；积极支持年度审计，跟进和回复银行确认函和客户确认函
Carry out various taxation work and complete various tax filings quarterly and yearly，to ensure the compliance of the subsidiaries under its jurisdiction; actively support the annual auditing, follow up and respond to the bank confirmation letter and the customer's letter of confirmation
 作为财务专业人员，密切监控和控制欧洲本地的经营风险
Close monitoring and control operation risk in Europe local as the finance expertise
 客户信用控制、欧洲/美洲相关库存监控、预算编制、滚动预测执行
Customer credit control, Europe related inventory monitoring, budget preparation, rolling forecast implementation
 合同评审，审核合同条款，识别和防范合同风险，包括付款条款，税务条款，保函，信用证，价格等；
Contract review, review contract terms, identify and prevent contract risks, including payment terms, tax terms, bank guarantees, letters of credit, prices, etc.;
 作为协调欧洲/美洲本土和中国总部财务的对接人
As the connection point to coordinate the resource between Europe local and China HQ finance
 跨部门工作协同——销售、物流、技术服务、营销、人力资源和行政部门密切合作，推动业务开展。
Work closely with cross-functional groups - Sales, Logistics, Technical Services, Marketing, HR & Admin, to Promote business development
 完成上级交办的其他职责
Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

任职要求
 至少 10 年以上的财务运营经验及其在业务职能中的实施
At least 10+ years of experience with financial operations and their implementation into the business function
 至少 6 年以上会计或具有欧洲多国/美洲申报的同等经验，对欧洲/美洲会计准则有扎实的理解
At least 6+ years accounting or equivalent experience with Multinational filing responsibilities, solid understanding of Europe Accounting Standards.
 税务合规和审计方面的重要实践经验
Significant hands-on experience with tax compliance and audit defense
 获得认可的大学或学院的金融/会计学士学位
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in finance/accounting
 具有良好的中文、英文写作和口语能力者优先
Good Chinese Mandarin and English in writing and speaking is plus.
