About The Job
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive client success and agency growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing services that meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with clients' objectives.
Create detailed campaign plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
Communicate effectively to ensure clients are informed about campaign progress and results.
Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working to exceed their expectations.
Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, BD etc.) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, content, and traditional channels.
Generate regular performance reports for clients, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing campaign strategies, progress, and results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of various marketing channels, both traditional and digital.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt to changing situations.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
