About this Role:
As the Associate Creative Director (Copy-Based) at our agency, you will be a key role in shaping and implementing creative strategies for compelling integrated and social media campaigns. You will be expected to bring big ideas to the table and translate your concepts into presentations that inspire clients to want to execute.

Responsibilities:
- Ideate, craft, and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs.
- Demonstrates the organizational skills and commitment to lead significant initiatives, such as new campaign development
- Develop creative ideas that disrupt the status quo and align with client and business objectives, maintaining high levels of creative excellence and professionalism.
- Provide clear and constructive content direction, articulate design principles and guidelines
- Embrace our team structure and drive a culture of teamwork.
- Lead award submission to showcase the agency's creative excellence.
- Recommend new business opportunities and lead new business pitches.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through completion, collaborating with the client, internal team and third-party vendors.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in creative services with a proven track record of impactful ideas.
- Obsessive attention to detail manifests in brilliant design that solves client business problems.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends and technology.
- Adequate and appropriate interaction with teams across levels and disciplines.
- Naturally well-organized and unfazed when working towards deadlines.
- Exhibits decisive problem-solving ability.
- Award-winning achievements are a plus.
- Chinese language proficiency is preferred but optional.
