职责描述：
- Develop and implement sales operations tasks that align with business missions;
- Manage your team in a fast-responding reporting system;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product/logistics/R&D, etc)
- Develop standardized SOP, guide and coach the sales team to deliver performance efficiently;
- Develop incentives & punishment regulations to support team management

任职要求：
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations, with a track record of success in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Fluent speaking in English, Mandarin is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
