一、岗位工作内容
(一)税务咨询服务
- 协助领导对接中国公司与泰国本地税务资源,全面收集、梳理中国公司在泰业务的税务审计、咨询需求,对接当地税务服务机构进行规范化申报;建立高效的税务工作沟通与跟进机制,迅速响应并妥善处理客户税务问题。
(二)协会商会对接与合作拓展
- 与泰国围棋协会/商会建立常态化、多层次的沟通联络机制,负责商务来访的全流程接待筹备与执行工作,积极主动促进双方的业务层面交流,巩固与维护双方之间的良好合作关系,促进商业合作机会。
二、任职资格
- 本科及以上学历,财税相关专业背景,具备出色的泰语或英语沟通交流水平,出色的听说读写能力,能够顺畅应用外语进行商务交流沟通、翻译与文书写作。
- 熟悉泰国文化,有泰国留学或当地生活工作经历尤佳。
- 具备强烈的责任心与高度的敬业精神,情商高,有良好的应变能力和待人接物的能力,主动学习并及时掌握当地政策法规,不断提升自身综合素质与业务能力,以适应公司业务多元化发展与国际化战略布局的需求。
- 具备卓越的沟通协调能力,能够跨越文化差异的障碍,与泰国当地企业组织、行业协会以及中国公司内部不同层级、不同部门的人员进行高效、顺畅且富有成效的沟通与协作。
三、其他

I. Job Responsibilities
(1) Tax Consulting Services
Assist leaders in connecting Chinese companies with Thai local tax resources, comprehensively collect and organize the tax audit and consulting needs of Chinese companies' business in Thailand, and liaise with local tax service organizations for standardized reporting; establish an efficient tax work communication and follow-up mechanism, respond quickly and handle customer tax issues properly.
(2) Association and Chamber of Commerce Liaison and Cooperation Expansion
Establish a normalized and multi-level communication mechanism with Thai chess associations/chambers of commerce, be responsible for the whole process of reception preparation and execution for business visits, actively promote business-level exchanges between both parties, consolidate and maintain good cooperative relationships, and promote business cooperation opportunities.
II. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in finance and taxation, possessing excellent communication skills in Thai or English, with outstanding listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, capable of smoothly conducting business communication, translation, and document writing in foreign languages.
Familiar with Thai culture, with study or work experience in Thailand is preferred.
Have a strong sense of responsibility and a high degree of professionalism, high EQ, good adaptability, and interpersonal skills, actively learn and master local policies and regulations in a timely manner, continuously improve personal quality and business capabilities to adapt to the company's diversified business development and international strategic layout needs.
Possess excellent communication and coordination abilities, able to cross cultural differences, and communicate and cooperate efficiently, smoothly, and effectively with local Thai enterprises, organizations, industry associations, and personnel at different levels and departments within Chinese companies.
III. Other Information
This position requires long-term assignment in Thailand, with local accommodation and meals arranged, and social security and housing fund can be paid in China.
Business commission is calculated separately.
