[Pre-Sales Activities]

• Together with sales, introduction and proposal of Concentrix Catalyst technology
solutions

• Organize and evaluate business challenge hearings with prospective customers

• Collaborate with domestic and overseas solution teams and delivery teams to create
specific proposals.

• Consideration, embodiment, and proposal of solution using partner IT tools and
Concentrix / Catalyst solutions.

• Building and Maintaining Relationships with Solution Partners

• Together with sales, we make specific proposals to customers.
◼ Mandatory requirements


• Pre-sales engineer experience in the technology industry

• Ability to solve problems using digital technology.

• Experience in project management

• Ability to cross-engage with different cross-functional functions of customers (business,
IT teams, etc.) and other regions (India, Europe and the United States, etc.)

• Communication in Japanese and English at the business level

• A sales mindset that chases the numbers

• Work experience in a consulting firm

• Enterprise and mid-market pre-sales experience

• Hands-on experience in business processes and re-engineering projects

• Experience in proposing and implementing the latest solutions (including generative AI)
related to DX.

• Experience in introducing packaged products such as ERP/CRM/SFA/MA

• Senior SEs who are not product specialists at major system integrators

• IT consultant at a major consulting firm, digital consultant with a technical background

• In charge of DX, digital, and new business development at operating companies (all as
technical positions)
