工作职责:
1.According to the company's human resources planning, expand personnel recruitment channels, organize and arrange personnel recruitment work, and make a good talent reserve for the company; 根据公司的人力资源规划,拓展人员招聘渠道,组织安排好人员招聘工作,为公司做好人才储备;
2.Responsible for employee relationship management, do a good job in labor risk prevention and resolution; 负责员工关系管理工作,做好劳动风险防范与解决;
3.Promote corporate culture promotion and cohesion building, understand and grasp the ideological dynamics of employees, and strengthen communication and exchanges with employees; 推进企业文化宣传和凝聚力建设,了解、掌握员工思想动态,加强与员工的沟通和交流;
4.Organizing and arranging the training of employees' company rules and regulations and job responsibilities; 组织安排员工的公司规章制度及岗位职责的培训工作;
5.Formulate and implement the company's performance management process to ensure the effective development of employees; 制定并执行公司绩效管理流程,确保员工发展的有效进行;
6.Responsible for employee attendance accounting and related follow-up work, responsible for labor contracts, social security, work visas and other work and follow-up procedures; 负责员工考勤核算及相关跟进工作,负责劳动合同、社保、工作签证等工作及办理跟进;
7.Responsible for employee entry, resignation, job transfer, file management and other work and procedures; 负责员工入职、离职、岗位调动、档案管理等工作及手续办理;
8.Responsible for the daily administrative work of the office; 负责办公室的日常行政类工作;
9.The language requirements are: TEM-6 (Test for English Majors - Band 6) and fluent spoken English. 语言要求:英语专六,口语流畅。
