职责概述:
依据区域/部门任务目标分解,制定个人销售目标,组织开展市场营销业务管理工作,确保个人销售目标
达成。According to theregional or department's annual business plan and short and medium term
business strategic objectives, set personal sales targets,organize marketing business
management,and ensure the achievement of personal sales targets.
岗位职责:
1、负责指定区域的市场开发,客户维护和销售管理工作,适应外地出差,拓展项目,按期完成销售任务。Responsible for market development, customer maintenance and sales management in designated areas,
adapting to travel, expanding projects, and completing sales tasks on time.
2、制定销售计划并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户,负责发掘、培养、维护客户关系,并协助直接主管建立
客户档案。Made sales plans, visited customers and developed new customers as planned, explored,
cultivated and maintained customer relationships, and assisted direct supervisors in establishing customer
files.
3、制定销售费用的预算,控制销售成本、提高销售利润,负责项目及时回款;Make sales expense budget,
control sales cost, improve sales profit, and be responsible for timely payment of projects.
4、熟悉商务谈判、履行与管理相关工作,以及协调处理各类市场问题;Familiar with business negotiation,
signing sales contracts, performing and managing related work, and coordinating and dealing with various
market issues.
5、协调客户关系,负责与客户沟通,处理好与客户关系。Coordinate customer relations, responsible for
communicating with customers, handle the relationship with customers well.
