1.负责尼日利亚工厂的筹建工作、包含工厂选址、工厂建设、工厂运营等
Responsible for the preparation of the factory in Nigeria, including the site selection, construction and operation of the factory etc.
2.负责工厂团队规划及团队搭建；
Responsible for team planning and team building for the plant;
3.负责尼日利亚工厂筹建过程中与相关部门协调工作，包含报批等相关工作
Responsible for coordinating with relevant departments in the preparation process of the Nigerian plant, including the application for approval and other related work
4.负责尼日利亚工厂筹建过程各类合同，法律文件的起草和审核。
Responsible for drafting and reviewing all kinds of contracts and legal documents during the preparation process of Nigeria plant.
5.负责工厂业务流程梳理及规范；
Responsible for plant business process review and specification;
6.负责工厂产能交付及成本管理规范；
Responsible for plant capacity&delivery and cost management;
任职要求：
job requirements:
1.本科学历以上、法律、会计或工商管理相关专业优先考虑；
University degree above、major in legal, accounting or business administration is preferred；
2.具有2年以上大型项目管理经验或建厂经验
At least 2 years of large-scale project management experience or plant building experience
3.熟悉尼日利亚国家法律、法规，对当地的税法有深入认识，具有2年以上项目管理和运营经验。
Familiar with Nigerian national laws and regulations, have a deep understanding of local tax laws, with more than 2 years of project management and operation experience.
4.具有一定领导能力、组织能力、协调能力和执行能力
Ability to lead, organize, coordinate and executing.
5.英文流利，文字撰写能力强，若会中文优先考虑。
English excellent, do well in writing skills, Ability to speak Chinese is preferred.
