岗位职责：
1、负责施工项目的工程预（结）算工作，及时办理和完成预（结）算工作。
2、负责项目工程目标成本的核算工作，并根据现场实际情况，对比实际成本与目标成本差异，做出分析。
3、参加图纸会审、设计交底及预（结）算审查会议，根据有关文件规定配合解决预（结）算中的问题。
4、认真贯彻执行公司施工图预（结）算及招投标报价工作管理办法；负责与建设单位办理工程结算手续，平时注意收集、整理竣工结算的相关资料。
5、根据现场实际情况发生及时办理工程签证，并结合预算报送到建设单位办理经济签证最终审核结果。
6、熟悉施工现场生产进度，每月编制施工进度报表。
7、完成领导交办的其它的工作
1. Responsible for the pre-calculation (closing) of the construction project, handling and completing the pre-calculation (closing) work in a timely manner.
2. Responsible for the calculation of the project's target cost, and compare the difference between the actual cost and the target cost according to the actual situation on the site, and make an analysis.
3. Participate in the drawing review, design confession and preliminary (settlement) review meeting, and cooperate in solving the problems in the preliminary (settlement) according to the relevant documents.
4. Conscientiously implement the company's construction drawing pre (settlement) calculation and bidding and quotation management methods; responsible for handling project settlement procedures with the construction unit, and usually pay attention to collecting and sorting out relevant materials for completion settlement.
5. According to the actual situation of the site, apply for the project visa in time, and submit the final review result of the economic visa to the construction unit based on the budget.
6. Familiar with the production schedule of the construction site, compile the construction schedule report every month.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，工程造价等相关专业；
2．具有2年及以上土建、安装预算工作经验，熟练掌握安装预算现行计价规范及预算定额，能单独编制施工预（结）算；
3. 熟练掌握AUTOCAD绘图软件及office办公软件。
4. 在马来西亚本地的优先考虑
1. Bachelor degree or above, engineering cost or any other related fields;
2. Have at least 2 years or more of civil engineering and installation budget work experience, be proficient in the current pricing specifications and budget quotas of the installation budget, and be able to independently prepare the construction budget (settlement);
3. Familiar with AUTOCAD drawing software and office software.
薪资待遇：
