Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design and development of the overall system architecture, guide and participate in the specification and writing of the core code, continuously optimize the system architecture, and ensure the stable and reliable operation of the system;
2. Responsible for the formulation of key technology architecture and related new technology research, organize and solve major technical problems in the process of project development;
3. Manage and work with the team to implement the development plan and ensure the project delivery results, Collaborate with leadership to identify and improve development standard, process, tech stack and improve the efficiency and quality of development and release
4. Responsible for team building and training, tasks assignment and performance evaluation, cross-department communication
and coordination.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines;
2. Minimum 5 years’ working experience in software development and 2 years of leadership experience in a software development organization. Team Lead, Project Coordinator, Manager of a sub project or a small project experience is a must;
3. Familiar with various frameworks, having experience in high concurrency and high availability product development and maintenance;
4. Proficient in Mysql, Redis, Memcached and other services;
5. Strong logical thinking ability and a fast learner. The ability to take ownership and responsibility of issues and handle them effectively
6. Successful technical team management experience, e-commerce industry experience, ERP production experience in fashion industry is preferred;
7. PHP Laravel framework and Node Nuxt framework development experience is preferred;
