1、根据公司要求参加各种国内外展会,寻访潜在客户;
2、利用网络平台开拓海外市场,推广公司产品,寻求跟踪海外客户。
3、通过邮件或电话联系国外客户,核价、报价、接单等,及时回复询盘并跟进客户,建立良好客户关系。
4、准确翻译客户资料,并根据要求提出打样申请,督促工厂按时保质保量地完成客户需要的各类样衣。
5、根据报价成本表和掌握的原材料价格,制作各款报价单。
6、负责国外来访客户的联络、接待、洽谈等各项工作,负责催回客户的各类确认意见。
7、起草外贸订单合同,与客户签订合同。负责摧回、审核信用证,确保无风险条款,对最终交单单据作复核,确保安全结汇。
8、复核跟单员计算的进口原材料数量,并结合上线期与国外供应商签订采购合同,督促供应商保质保量按时供货,确保工厂能够按计划上线。同时安排好开证、付款及报关发票到帐等各项工作,以及成品出运后提供单证科进出货物明细清单并配合单证科做好核销工作。
要求:
1、有英文听说读写能力,能够快速熟练地书写商务英文信函,能够进行流利的日常交流。
2、熟知对外贸易规章、政策;报关、货运、保险、检验等手续。
3、熟悉国际贸易政策,各国关税制度以及非关税方面的规定;国际汇兑、货款支付相关知识,熟悉国际贸易法律、法规、公约与惯例等。
4、熟悉外贸订单的整个操作流程,掌握从寻找客户到最后交单退税的整体基本操作流程。
5、较强的沟通协调能力,具有分析问题、判断问题、解决问题的能力
6、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识。
