岗位职责：
1、负责与客户沟通量产订单规则和量产交付需求，应对订单需求变化，达成交付提升客户满意度； 
2、整理与分析客户订单需求，并日常维护SAP订单管理系统； 
3、主动与供应链协同，监控订单交付风险并及时处理。 
4、负责对应客户交货安排，对账开票回款和库存处理，推动客诉处理。 
5、负责订单的分类汇总、保管和备份，根据公司要求提供数据分析； 
6、订单业务数据资料的统计和整理，并负责订单的查询、归档及整理工作；  
7、负责客户接待。

1. Responsible for communicating with customers about mass production order rules and delivery requirements, responding to changes in order requirements, achieving delivery and improving customer satisfaction; 
2. Sorting out and analyzed customer order demand, and maintaining SAP order management system; 
3.Coordinating ​with supply chain actively , monitoring order delivery risk and dealing with it timely.
4. Responsible for corresponding customer delivery arrangements, checking accounts, issuing invoices and collecting payment, inventory processing, and promoting customer complaints processing.
5. Responsible for the classification and summary, storage and backup of orders, and provide data analysis according to the company's requirements; 
6. Collecting and sorting out the business data of orders, and be responsible for the inquiry, filing and sorting of orders; 
7.Responsible for customer visit reception。

任职要求：
1.本科学历，英语读写流利； 
2.2年以上的订单管理，供应链或者项目管理经验； 
3.熟练运用Office办公软件，对ERP系统了解熟悉； 
4.优秀的沟通协调能力和较强的抗压能力

1. Bachelor degree, fluent in reading and writing English;
2.At least 2 years experience in order management, supply chain or project management;
3.Familiar with Office software, familiar with ERP system;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills and strong ability to work under pressure
