1. Possess solid communication skills and strong affinity, fluent in Chinese, Thai, and English, capable of handling local recruitment and social security tasks in Thailand;
2. Familiar with the local Thai recruitment market, recruitment channels, and compensation systems;
3. Well-acquainted with the current situation and trends in the local Thai real estate industry; those with real estate experience will be given priority;
4. Knowledgeable about the Thai social security system and proficient in handling local work insurance affairs;
5. Open to Phuket as the primary work location and Bangkok as the second work location preference.
