Sales Manager【important】(10000 rmb plus/negotiable upon qualifications + bonus)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
Requirements and skills:
Bachelors’ degree
5 year’s plus sales experience and 2 years plus Sales Management Experience, ideally with proven performance selling IoT products (like intercom, access control, smart lock, smart home product, security camera, security system,etc) or construction materials (like doors, lights, curtains, waterproof,etc)
Fluent in English or Mandarin and local language
An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics
Strong communication and team management skills
Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Availability to travel as needed
职责:制定并实施有效的销售策略
1.领导全国销售团队完成销售目标
2.与指定的关键人员建立富有成效的专业关系客户账户
3.与大客户谈判并达成协议
4.监控和分析性能指标并提出改进建议
5.准备月度,季度和年度预测
6.进行研究,发现新的潜在客户和新的市场机会.根据客户需求提供及时有效的解决方案,了解最新的新产品发布情况,并确保销售团队成员参与其中
岗位要求
1.5年以上销售经验和2年以上销售管理经验,最好是建筑材料,门禁,智能锁,智能家居产品,安全摄像头,安全系统灯方面有良好业绩的物联网产品(如对讲,门禁,智能锁,之呢个家具产品,安防系统等)
2.流利的英语会普通话及当地语言
3.理解和分析业务能力
4.有较强的沟通能力和团队管理能力
