l 深入挖掘各类型用户在不同场景、区域、品类下的浏览、消费特性，根据用户画像、
消费场景等要素策划、落地线下推广、异业合作等活动；
l 负责 C 端用户增长和运营工作，明确工作目标为提升用户的核心指标，在公司要求预
算内实现降低成本，提升用户质量，优化用户运营；
l 完善用户转化机制;从用户生命周期角度运营用户，拉新，留存，转化，流失挽回等，
针对不同用户类型设计有效机制，发现问题并输出针对性的运营策略，推进落地执
行；
l 关注用户体验，对影响用户行为和使用体验方面进行监控，积极有效地推动运营活动
和产品改进。

任职要求
l 本科及以上学历(优先)，2 年以上用户拉新、运营、策略、商业分析方向工作经验优
先，
l 具备数据分析经验和用户运营经验，有建模能力更佳;
l 沟通协调能力强，自驱及抗压能力强，有团队合作精神，能够协调团队快速、高效运
转;
l 逻辑思维能力，统筹能力和推动能力强，快速推进和落地组织分配任务；
l 有线下推广、异业合作经验优先。
User Operation Manager
Main Duties and Responsibilities
l Discover the browsing and consumption characteristics of various types of users in
different scenes, regions, and categories, and plan and implement offline promotion
and cross-industry cooperation activities based on user profiles, consumption
scenarios, and other elements;
l Responsible for C-side user growth and operations, with the clear goal of improving
user core metrics, achieving cost reduction, improving user quality, and optimizing
user operations within the company's required budget;
l Improve the user conversion mechanism; operate users from the user life cycle
perspective, user acquisition, retention, conversion, loss recovery, etc., design
effective mechanisms for different user types, identify problems and output targeted
operation strategies, and promote the implementation;
l Focus on user experience, monitor aspects that affect user behavior and user
experience, and actively and effectively promote operational activities and product
improvements.
Required qualifications/skills/experience
l Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred), more than 2 years working experience in user
pulling, operation, strategy, and business analysis direction is preferred;
l Experience in data analysis and user operations, data modeling skills a plus；
l Strong communication and coordination skills, self-driven and stress-resistant, team
player, able to coordinate the team to run quickly and efficiently；
