Key Responsibilities
Accounting Job: Billing/ Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable
1. Maintain accounting record of account receivable
2. In charge of invoice billing, receipt preparation and reconciles receivable records with
sundry debtors
3. Verifying and checking requests of payments, reimbursements, Cash Advance, Petty Cash
and business trip applications
4. Maintain accounting record of account payable and expenditures
5. Monitoring/maintaining invoices from suppliers, reconciles payable records with sundry
creditors
Regulatory Reporting Job
6. In charge of monthly closing/yearly closing process, prepare accurate and timely financial
reporting in accordance with Mexican GAAP (NIIF)
7. Monthly prepare regulatory statistics report upon expenditures, operation cost
Tax
8. Report and declare monthly/Annually ISR and Federal tax in time, accurately and legally
in accordance with Mexican tax requirement
External
9. Assist in contact with the external bankers on the matters for business support
10.Coordination in audit process (external & internal) with supporting documentation and
other audit requirements
Internal Management
11. Work with local management level/ HQ to perfecting/defining relating management
regulations
12. Other related task assigned by line manger
13. Training for new coming employee for company reimbursement regulation or related

Treasury
1. Keeping track of all cash and bank transfer records
2. Register transference information in bank’s system for superior’s approval
Key Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above on Finance or Accounting and professional certificate of Public
Accountant (must);
2. Minimum 3 years of GL/Accounts working experience in Finance Department (must),
international logistics experience is a plus;
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Spanish;
4. Knowledge on accounting system SAT system, be familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel,
Outlook, Word, etc.);
5. Good communication skill and able to work independently;
6. Familiar with Mexico local tax regulation & tax process;
7. Willing to take up additional responsibility.
