Position information
Job Description (Sales commission and year-end bonus are excluded for this position) :
Overseas Market:
North America, Latin America, Russia, Central Asia, Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa, etc
Product Scope:
Sweetener, Antioxidant, Phospholipid products, Dietary fiber etc
Job Responsibilities:
1. Carry out the sales business of food additives in overseas market, improve the market share of the products in the food market, and constantly explore new customers and sales opportunities;
2. Provide customers with regular product sales/customized solution services, and establish a good and stable customer cooperation relationship;
3. Make marketing plans, arrange daily sales activities, including customer visits and participating in domestic and overseas exhibitions, etc.,effectively complete the tasks assigned by the company and superior, and achieve quantitative and qualitative sales targets;
4.Study food market and analyze competition trends, collect the cutting-edge information of the industry, and report regularly;
5. Track and manage accounts receivable, deal with customer feedback and basic problems independently, deal with complex problems under the guidance of the supervisor, and communicate the results with customers in a timely manner;
6. Cooperated with the Marketing Department to participate in online and offline promotion planning in overseas markets, and developed customer expansion channels and business opportunities.
Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in biotechnology, food, language, international trade or related;
2. More than 2-3 years overseas sales working experience in related industries is preferred;
3, CET-4 or above, good English written and oral expression and translation skills, or in some markets can use English and Spanish/English and Russian/English and German and other minor languages, can use computer office software and network tools proficiently;
4. Familiar with overseas trade operation process and relevant laws and regulations, with professional knowledge in trade field;
5. Keen market perception, ability to grasp market dynamics and market direction;
6. Can adapt to short-term business trips at home and abroad, with certain overseas customer resources and market accumulation is preferred;
7. Familiar with business etiquette, have good communication, coordination and execution skills, have a deep understanding of marketing work, and have good market development ability.

岗位职责:
1. 开展海外责任区域的食品添加剂产品销售业务,提高产品在食品市场占有率,不断开拓新客户和销售机会;
2. 为客户提供常规产品销售/定制化方案服务,建立良好稳固的客户合作关系;
3. 制定营销计划,安排日常销售活动,包括客户访问、参加海内外展会等,能有效完成公司及上级交办的任务,达成销售定量和定性目标;
4. 密切关注食品市场和分析竞争动态,收集行业前沿信息,定期汇报;
5. 做好应收账款的跟踪和管理,处理客户反馈,能独立处理基本问题,在主管指导下处理复杂问题,并将处理结果及时同客户沟通;
6. 与市场部合作参与海外市场线上线下推广策划,开发拓客渠道和商机。
任职资格:
1、大学本科及以上学历,生物技术、食品类、语言类、国际贸易等相关专业;
2、有2-3年以上相关行业海外销售工作经验者优先;
3、英语四级以上,良好的英文书面和口头表达及翻译能力,或部分市场可使用英西/英俄/英德等小语种,能够熟练使用计算机办公软件和网络工具;
4、熟悉海外贸易操作流程及相关法律法规,具备贸易领域专业知识;
5、具有较敏锐的市场感知、把握市场动态和市场方向的能力;
6、能够适应短期国内外出差,有一定海外客户资源及市场积累优先;
7、熟悉商务礼仪,具备良好的沟通、协调及执行能力,对市场营销工作有深刻的认知,有良好的市场开拓能力。
