职位要求:
人力资源或相关领域本科及以上学历;
至少5年相关行业的人力资源业务伙伴经验;
熟悉泰国劳动法律法规;
良好的沟通和人际交往能力;
出色的分析和解决问题的能力;
英语和泰语流利。
职位职责:
与业务领导合作,为整个组织提供人力资源支持和指导;
根据业务目标制定和执行人力资源政策、流程和计划;
管理员工的整个工作周期,包括招聘、入职、绩效管理和离职等;
确保遵守劳动法律法规,推动人力资源管理最佳实践;
与其他人力资源部门合作,推动支持员工参与、人才管理和组织效能的各项倡议。

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or consulting industry;
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees at all levels;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and effective HR solutions;
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Fluency in both English and Thai languages.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives;
Advise and support managers and employees on HR related matters including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits;
Manage and coordinate employee engagement activities to promote a positive work culture and maintain employee satisfaction;
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process;
Develop and deliver HR training programs to ensure employee development and retention.
