职位要求:
1.本科及以上学历,房地产、市场营销或相关专业优先考虑;
2.至少3年以上的泰国房地产销售经验;
3.熟悉泰国房地产市场,了解当地房地产政策法规;
4.良好的销售技巧和市场开拓能力;
5.优秀的沟通和谈判能力;
6.英文和泰语流利;
7.有良好的客户服务意识和团队合作精神。
职位职责:
1.负责泰国房产销售业务,包括房地产项目的销售和租赁等;
2.根据公司的销售计划和目标,制定销售策略和计划;
3.积极拓展客户资源,建立并维护客户关系;
4.为客户提供专业的房地产咨询服务,解答客户的疑问并提供适当的建议;
5.协调客户与公司内部各部门的沟通和合作,确保项目的顺利进行;
6.参与市场调研和竞争分析,了解泰国房地产市场的动态和变化。

Requirements:
Fluent in both English/Chinese and Thai languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields, preferably in the real estate industry;
Knowledge of the Thai real estate market and related laws and regulations;
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
Good organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients, both Thai and international, and provide them with professional advice on purchasing or leasing properties in Thailand;
Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as social media, referrals, and networking;
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers;
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system;
Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate market trends and developments in Thailand.
