Job Roles and Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers and manage performance, Ensuring customer needs and service satisfaction.

Use existing performance data and translate into plans for KAM service improvement.

Handling meeting both Internal Department and Customers.

Analysis service performance in Thai customer filed and report to Manager.

Monitoring KPI of team member for target achievement.

Responsible for project data monitoring and Service Level Agreement to customer.

To be consulted to officers and specialists for daily solution and troubleshooting.
