Job responsibilities:

1.Responsible for market channel development and sales, implement and complete the company's annual sales plan;

2.Responsible for setting up and managing the marketing team, building the training system of marketing personnel, and supervising the implementation of the team's goals.
负责组建并管理市场团队,搭建市场人员的培训体系、督导团队目标的执行完成;
3.Develop matching logistics solutions according to customer needs, including but not limited to land, air, sea and multimodal transportation;
根据客户的需求制定匹配的物流方案,包括但不限于陆运、空运、海运及多式联运;
4.Responsible for the company's product design, quotation system and market strategy;
负责公司产品设计、报价体系及市场策略;
5.Dynamically grasp market prices, regularly provide market analysis and forecast reports and personal weekly work reports to the company;
动态把握市场价格,定期向公司提供市场分析及预测报告和个人工作周报;
6.Maintain and develop new sales channels and new customers, independently develop and expand customers;
维护和开拓新的销售渠道和新客户,自主开发及拓展客户;
7. Collect front-line marketing information and customer opinions, and provide reference opinions on the company's marketing strategy and after-sales service.
收集一线营销信息和客户意见,对公司营销策略、售后服务等提出参考意见。
Job requirements:
任职要求:
1.Familiar with the field of cross-border logistics in Southeast Asia, proficient in sea, land, air, iron and other logistics modes, international freight forwarding experience is preferred;
熟悉东南亚跨境物流领域,精通海、陆、空、铁等物流模式,有国际货代经验优先;
2.Good command of English and Chinese,Strong communication and negotiation and sales ability, market development ability;
具备良好的英文及中文能力、具有较强沟通谈判及销售能力、开拓市场能力
3.Attitude requirements: frank and confident, optimistic and enterprising, proactive work enthusiasm;
态度要求:坦诚自信,乐观进取,积极主动的工作热情;
4.Age 20-35 years old, college degree or above, work experience in the same position can relax the academic requirements;
年龄20-35周岁,专科及以上学历,有同岗位工作经验可放宽学历要求
5.Have independent analysis and problem-solving skills;
具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力;
6.Good communication skills and persuasion ability, able to withstand greater work pressure;
良好的沟通技巧和说服能力,能承受较大的工作压力;
Salary and benefits:
薪资福利:
1.Salary: basic salary + commission, (adjusted by different ranges according to each person's experience);
工资:底薪+提成,(根据每人经验进行不同幅度调整)
