Position Summary,Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Strong knowledge in pipeline coating activities such as FBE/3LPE/GRE , FieldJoint Coating , static equipment & rotary equipment etc.,
2.The Lead Coating Inspector will monitor the coatings activities of the supplier toensure compliance with project requirements as per the approved lTP.
3.Monitoring the source Inspectors & their dailylweekly reports.
4.Reporting the status of the inspection on a daily basis to Project Lead Quality.Apply NACE,AMPP & FROSIO standards as required.
5.Provide oversight of coatings/painting activity
6.Visit worksites, QAQC checks on work in progress.
7.Deliver paperwork and review of complete coating reports as per ITP.
8.Co-ordinating with the company inspector smoothly to solve the issues if any.
9.Co-ordinating with the supplier on the inspection schedule & contractor expeditor.
10.Attending all the activities starting from the PlM to final release, MDB review.

1.Excellent communication skills in both reading and writing. Ability to organize and prioritize to meet deadlines.
2.Interpersonal skills, good attitude, and exceptional work ethic. Strong leadership & problem solving
3.Good attitude and personality with excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills.Organized and punctual
4.Must be flexible in work hours.

Education.Training and Experience:
1.15 years in industrial coatings Qc(Pipeline -GRE/3LPE/FBE, Piping，Equipment etc)
2. NACE LEVEL- IIl AMPP CIP LEVEL - III/FROSIO LEVEL-II1
3.lf any welding certification
4.Proficient with Word and Excel scheduling software, i.e. MS Project.
