1、与中东国家政府进行商务洽谈、项目推介，并持续维护政府关系。
2、与当地战略合作方（企业、家族、投资机构）进行前期商务洽谈及整体合作推进。
3、与公司内部部门（工程技术、风控、法务、资金等）紧密合作，确保顺利执行项目拓展计划。
4、拟定海外投资方案及合作建议，发现项目的潜在风险并找出应对措施，保证投资方案的合理性。
5、配合研究中东投资政策、成功经营案例资料，以及海外地区所在行业情况，持续跟踪表中东地区清洁能源行业动态，定期形成分析报告。
6、负责在中东地区中资企业海外战略投资伙伴关系管理工作。
Job Description:
1.Conduct business negotiations with government officials from Middle Eastern countries, promote projects, and maintain government relations.
2.Initiate preliminary business negotiations and overall collaboration with local strategic partners (enterprises, families，investor organization).
3.Collaborate closely with internal departments within the company (engineering, risk management, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure the smooth execution of project expansion plans.
4.Develop overseas investment proposals and collaboration recommendations, identify potential project risks, and propose countermeasures to ensure the feasibility of investment plans.
5.Work alongside research on Middle Eastern investment policies, successful case studies, and industry conditions in overseas regions, continuously monitor developments in the clean energy industry in the Middle East, and regularly compile analysis reports.
6.Responsible for managing strategic investment partnerships with Chinese enterprises in the Middle East region.
任职资格：
1、必须本科及以上学历，金融、财务、贸易、经济管理、工程技术等专业 ，海外留学背景。
2、必须5年以上工作经验，其中2年及以上海外商务拓展工作经验，有金融背景为佳。
3、必须熟悉投资、融资、财务和风险控制方面的知识
4、必须熟悉国内和海外地区（至少一个海外地区）的法规政策。
5、必须具备良好的英文口头及书面表达能力，英语可作为工作语言，会中文的优先考虑。
6、必须具备良好的组织与规划能力。
Post qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as finance, economics, trade, economic management, or engineering, with overseas study experience.
2.Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years of overseas business development experience, with a preference for a background in finance.
3.Familiarity with knowledge in investment, financing, finance, and risk control.
4.Familiarity with domestic and overseas (at least one overseas region) regulations and policies.
5.Proficient in both spoken and written English, with English as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
6.Strong organizational and planning skills.
